(4 and 5 year old class)
Wow! What an exciting week this was! We all feel right at home again in the classroom with new friends and new learning tools. It is like they never left and the new friends fit in so perfectly. I hope you can see and hear the excitement within them as Brenda and I both do. This is what makes our hard work so rewarding. I am sure as you observe the photos you will see some of what we see in the classroom. Enjoy!
I wish to inform you that the new blog each week will not be posted until sometime over the weekend, but by the following Monday, the new blog should be available for viewing.
Well, time to rest up for the next exciting week ahead and have a little weekend fun with my granddaughters. Hope you all can get outside and enjoy a little of the summer time we have left.

As you all can see, Friday Fun Day was nothing but fun while learning. The children learned the Four Seasons that come in a year along with taking turns and sharing. Plus we discussed what our summer was like and all the things that we can and did do in the summer time. Our story was, "The Night Before Summer Vacation" and we pretended to be silly fish to the Let's Go Swimming song.
Snack was yummy and healthy. We ate grapes, watermelon, (a favorite) bananas, peaches and apple slices. Lemonade was our perfect summer drink for the day.
I will see all you friends back on week 2 of our Fun Fridays!
