The day has come to color in our bodies that were traced last week. Some of the art pieces that were finished are hanging in the hall for display.
The children enjoyed creating themselves. I hope they will hang onto them so when we do one again nest year they can compare them to see how much they have grown from one year to another. We touched on the letter Yy this week and will cover this letter until we get to Zz after next weeks field trip. The new word for the week was yoyo! Ask them to spell it. I bet they can!
The children had lots of playtime in the Kid's Church while Brenda and I were testing them on skills for their progress report. We had a few days outside but not enough. Mr. Sunshine, please come back!!
Now that another week has past, we are all looking forward to the field-trip to the park at the beginning of next week. If the weather brings rain, wind or cold (under 60 degrees) then we will move it to the end of the week.
